The accommodation is part of a block of 6 flats on the eastern edge of Burgess Hill adjacent to open countryside a network of footpaths and bridleways.

I have recently finished painting the whole flat which has a lovely large sitting room with two comfy sofas, a wall mounted 55 inch picture frame TV with Sky movies, Netflix and Prime tv.

The kitchen is fully fitted with fan oven and hob, a new air fryer, washing machine, dryer plus for those who hate washing up there is a dishwasher. It is a spacious room and has a 4 place table to allow you to sit in comfort to eat meals.
